Privacy Policy

Solo Pay checkout does not ask payers for a name, email, phone number, government ID, or other personal identifier. A payment involves only:

• The wallet address used to pay, which is a pseudonymous public on-chain identifier.
• Public on-chain data such as amount, token, network, transaction hash, and timestamp.
• An optional merchant order reference used to reconcile the payment.

We cannot control or erase information recorded on a public blockchain.

To operate the merchant dashboard, we process:

• Username and a hashed password.
• Store name, network, recipient wallet, accepted tokens, and webhook configuration.
• API and webhook credentials, stored as one-way hashes or displayed once when generated.
• Stripe customer and subscription identifiers; card details never reach our servers.
• Limited technical logs required for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

• Provide, secure, and maintain the service.
• Process merchant subscriptions through Stripe.
• Send transaction webhooks and service notifications.
• Detect and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• Meet legal obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

We share data only where needed to operate the service:

• Blockchain networks and relayers for transaction settlement.
• Stripe for subscription billing.
• Google Analytics only when you consent, to measure use of the public site.
• Hosting, database, and logging providers.
• Authorities where required by law or necessary to protect rights and users.

The dashboard uses a necessary signed session cookie. We store your privacy choice, and Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.

Merchant account and configuration data is retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, and security needs. Public on-chain records are permanent and outside our control.

We use measures including password hashing, one-way hashing of credentials, signed webhooks, and TLS. No storage or transmission method is perfectly secure.

Merchants may access, update, or delete account data through the dashboard or by contacting us. We generally hold no payer personal data to retrieve or delete, and cannot alter public blockchain records.

Solo Pay is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
