Terms of Service

Solo Pay provides widgets, SDKs, and APIs that let merchants accept supported cryptocurrency directly into a designated wallet.

• Non-custodial wallet-to-wallet settlement; we never hold buyer or merchant funds.
• Solo Pay sponsors the network gas required to process payment transactions.
• On-chain settlement is performed through smart contracts.
• Supported EVM networks and tokens may change.

You are responsible for protecting account credentials, API keys, webhook secrets, and recipient-wallet settings, keeping them accurate, and for all activity under your account.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible and operate on public networks outside our control.

• Incorrect addresses, wallet compromise, or lost keys.
• Network congestion, reorganization, downtime, or protocol changes.
• Smart-contract, token, relayer, or wallet vulnerabilities.
• Digital-asset price volatility.

We cannot reverse, cancel, or recover a confirmed on-chain transaction.

Solo Pay uses monthly subscription pricing based on processing throughput, with no per-transaction platform fee. Stripe handles billing. Plan limits and prices may change with notice. Solo Pay sponsors network gas for payment processing; taxes and fees charged by third-party services remain your responsibility.

You must not use Solo Pay to:

• Violate law, regulations, or sanctions.
• Facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activity.
• Sell goods or services prohibited in your jurisdiction.
• Abuse, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the service.

You are responsible for the legality of your business and any KYC, AML, tax, industry, or other compliance duties that apply to you.

Blockchain networks, wallets, relayers, and Stripe are third parties we do not control. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Solo Pay software, branding, and documentation belong to us or our licensors. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use them only to accept payments under these Terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free operation or successful on-chain settlement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Solo Pay and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or loss of funds, profit, or data. Aggregate liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the three months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify Solo Pay against claims and expenses arising from your use, business, content, or breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach or unlawful use. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
