These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Solo Pay, a non-custodial Web3 payment infrastructure operated by Solo Network (“Solo Pay”, “we”, “us”). By integrating the widget, creating a merchant account, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Solo Pay provides a drop-in payment widget, SDKs, and a gateway that let merchants accept cryptocurrency payments directly into their own wallet. Key characteristics:
To use the dashboard you create a merchant account (via username and password). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API keys, public keys, webhook secrets, and the wallet address you designate to receive funds. You must provide accurate information and keep your configuration current. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible and settle on public networks outside our control. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Because the service is non-custodial, we cannot reverse, cancel, or recover a confirmed on-chain transaction.
Solo Pay is offered as a monthly subscription priced by processing throughput (TPS), not by transaction volume — there is no per-transaction fee charged by us. Subscriptions are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Prices, plan limits, and billing terms are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Applicable network gas fees, taxes, and any third-party charges remain your responsibility except where we expressly sponsor gas.
You agree not to use Solo Pay to:
You are solely responsible for the legality of your business, your compliance obligations (including any KYC/AML or tax requirements that apply to you), and the content of your checkout.
The service interoperates with third parties we do not control, including blockchain networks, wallet providers, relayers, and Stripe for billing. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
The Solo Pay software, widget, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to integrate and use the widget and SDKs solely to accept payments in accordance with these Terms.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any on-chain transaction will succeed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solo Pay and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solo Pay from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your business, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
